Do not misuse our site. For example, do not interfere with our site or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our site only as permitted by laws. We may suspend services and/or access to the site indefinitely if you do not comply with out terms.
Using our site does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our site or the content you access. You may not use content from our site, including any branding text or image, unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
Our site displays and/or references some content that is not owned or managed by Kikipedia. This content is the sole responsibility of those who make it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
Our site is available on mobile devices; do not use the site (or your mobile device for that matter) in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws. All content on our site may not be an accurate representation of the places and events listed; you consume and travel at your own risk. We are not affiliated with any bars, clubs, venues, events, or other parties listed on our site unless otherwise noted.

The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our site. This license continues even if you stop using our site. We may offer you ways to access and remove certain content that has been provided. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our site.
