Join us as we celebrate Amara's journey to Miss Gay America Femme with a fabulous send-off party! Featuring performances by Chanel Thee Angel, Neon Calypso, Tara Dikhof Candace Persuasian and surprise guests. Amara Shorts is representing Massachusetts in the inaugural national competition for Miss Gay America Femme; this is Miss Gay America’s first title for cis and trans women. You’ve seen Amara Shorts around Boston at the Cannabis Cabaret, Magic Dyke Tales from the Cl1t, the Briar and Rusty Show, BLOWW halftime, Five Star Monday at Jacques, Hole Show, Full Spin and her own cabaret Circus Twerkus. Amara is a professional aerialist and full-time performer who co-founded New England Black Circus.
