Inauguration Day Don't Panic Party at Tiki Rock
-
Join us on Inauguration Night for a queer community gathering where we'll find strength and mutual support in connection with each other. We believe that joy is a powerful form of resistance, and we'll come together to cultivate that joy as we move forward together. You can hang out, have dinner or a snack, and we'll also have crafting supplies if you want to make something. This event is open to all ages. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the restaurant; alcohol is 21+. The Queer Neighborhood Council is a Boston Metro-wide civic and community organizing group, fostering visibility, access, and advocacy for Boston's LGBTQIA+ and ally community. TQNC hosts queer civic and community events where we can safely exist as our whole selves across four pillars: Queer Advocacy, Queer Community Arts, Queer Community Spaces, and Queer Policy Roundtables with elected officials and policy experts. TQNC also assists with support services for queer community members facing threats to their basic physical and mental health, including housing instability and housing discrimination, lack of access to healthcare, and inadequate local community spaces and other resources. Find us on Instagram & Bluesky @qncboston or TQNC.org. Event is hosted by the THE QUEER NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL INC.
