Introducing WERK-Shopped!: A Drag/Burlesque Show + Feedback Session coming to Jacque’s Cabaret every third Sunday at 2pm!

Are you a new performer looking to get some advice? A seasoned performer looking to shake it up and try something new with support of your community? A brand new performer looking to debut in an empowering, non-competition-based space? Have a number you’re preparing for another show and want a fresh set of eyes? Well, THIS SHOW IS FOR YOU! 🎭

Each month we’ll select TEN performers who are looking to receive feedback in a safe, encouraging environment. After performing their numbers, WITJ E. Craft and a monthly, special guest judge will provide feedback on their number, including current strengths and ideas of improvement for how to help the performer grow and flourish. 🌱

The aim of this show is to give a space for performers to grow and received feedback in a non-competitive space. Drag is art, and art is subjective, but we hope this opportunity will provide space to grow, learn, ask questions to our community, and reflect on your own art and creation! ❤️
